Update...

It has been too long since I have posted on here and alot has happened. After the mishap at the beginning with the pad things have gone smoothly and we are back on track - due to finish in 4 weeks times. Someone has been working on the site every day for the last month and even this weekend! The gyprockers have done their bit and the cornice guy was hard at it yesterday. Hopefully the kitchen and bathrooms will be in next week...

Matt has been sorting out some of the long we still have to do when we move in... he has worked out the concreting, decided on the extension fencing to go on the side of the garden (so that we block out the neighbours) and priced up the gate/fence at the front. Still got turf to find etc etc... Anyway, here are the photos so far....

  3. Great work. At our Torquay, South Devon and South West roofing company we would be proud to do the same high standard of workmanship.

  4. If you ever need to market your new home you should try an estate agent such as www.mccarthyestates.com

  5. Would love to see the finished product! I'm into home building & reno because I work for a social media that's all about houses/homes in AU http://www.housenet.com.au/. In fact we are about to release an online renovation tool. Have you tried something like this? Cheers!

  6. Hi,

I am Dave Limburg from Online Garden Design (www.onlinegardendesign.com.au). We run an online landscape design and plant selection consultancy service aimed at clients looking to landscape their own gardens.

We are contacting you to see if you would be interested in Online Garden Design doing a guest blog on your site.

We are a wide range of articles on our site here - http://www.onlinegardendesign.com.au/landscaping-articles/
I could rewrite something similar to these articles, or happy to write a completely new, fresh article on the subject of your choice.

    Looking forward to your response.

  7. Hi Mez,
Here’s a funny video we created about the pitfalls of renovation (http://youtu.be/rMK7z_VvnIc). It’s a parody of reality renovation TV shows called Do Birds Renovate? It’s already going viral, and I think your community/audience would enjoy it. We’d love if you could share – thanks!
